Refund policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you have ordered, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving it and we will refund your purchase cost or offer an exchange.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@earthic.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refund:
For an item to be eligible for a refund, it must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, and with original tags/labels attached
- The item must be lodged for return within 14 days of receiving it
- The item was faulty or damaged when you received it (photos will be required)
- The item was purchased at full price
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchange/Store Credit:
- The item must be in original condition, unworn, unused, and with original tags/labels attached
- The item must be lodged for return within 30 days of purchase
- The item was purchased at full or discounted price
- Please note: once a store credit has been issued, it cannot be exchanged for a cash refund
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
- Items on sale/clearance or marked 'Final Sale' cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded, unless they are found to have a genuine fault.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for personal care products.
Please note:
- Exchanges
- The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
- Refunds
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
- All items must be returned in their original packaging, unused.
- Any parcels sent to Earthic Returns are the responsibility of the customer until they are received by us.
- Please do take care with packaging the items as we cannot take responsibility for any damage in return transit.
- We do not cover postage returns for change of mind, but return postage will be provided if the product is faulty.
- Please retain a proof of postage until we have confirmed your refund has been completed. We recommend using a postal tracking service on any returns.
- Some of our handmade products, may have slight imperfections or variances that we believe add to its character. If you are returning these items and the imperfection is deemed to be due to the nature of the item as opposed to a manufacturing fault, Earthic reserves the right to process the return as a general return instead of as a faulty item.
