Shipping policy
AUSTRALIA WIDE SHIPPING:
Shipping Time Frames:
Standard Shipping:
- dispatched from Melbourne within 1-2 business days
- may take up to 3 days to dispatch during busy periods such as during peak sales periods
- Regular post parcels are usually delivered within 3-7 days of dispatch to metro areas and up to 10 days to regional locations
Express Shipping:
- orders placed before 1pm (Australian E.S.T.) dispatched the same day
- orders placed after 1pm dispatched the next day
- Express post parcels are usually delivered within 1-3 days of dispatch to metro areas and 2-4 days to regional locations, although remote areas can take up to 7 business days
Shipping Rates:
Standard Shipping via Auspost (3-7 business days)
- Free standard shipping on orders $100 or more
- $10 for orders under $100
- Standard Post Covers all of Australia
- Above rates are available for orders up to 2kg only
Express Shipping via Auspost:
- Flat rate of $20
- Next business day delivery is available within the express post network (Australian capital cities and major metro areas). Regional areas outside the express post network may be 2-5 business days.
- Available for orders up to 2kg only
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

- Due to the cancellation of many international flights and country-specific restrictions, overseas transit times may be delayed.
- Currently we cannot ship more than 2kg to some destinations, due to restrictions.
- All of our standard conditions for returns and exchanges apply for international orders. See our Refund Policy for full details.
- All prices here are in Australian dollars.
- The payment of all import duties and VAT in your country are your responsibility. Please check the rules for your country.

- Zone 1: parcels delivered between 4-7 working days of dispatch
- Zones 2, 3 & 4: parcels delivered between 5-25 working days of dispatch
- Zone 5: parcels delivered between 10-30 working days of dispatch
Express Shipping*:
- dispatched from Melbourne within 1 business day
- Zone 1: parcels delivered between 2-5 working days of dispatch
- Zones 2, 3 & 4: parcels delivered between 4-16 working days of dispatch
- Zone 5: parcels delivered between 8-18 working days of dispatch
* Estimated delivery time between metro areas of major cities. Excludes any time in customs and delays due to reasons outside of Australia Post’s control. Country specific delivery times are available online at auspost.com.au

General Information:
- We will be unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
- Delivery time frames are an estimation based on Australia Post guidelines.
- Earthic is not responsible for any delays incurred by Australia Post, however, if you have not received your package within the above stated timeframes, please email us at info@earthic.com.au and we will gladly assist with tracking your package.
- You will be sent an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched with tracking information.
- If no one is present to receive your parcel, a notice will be left at your address with alternative delivery or pick-up options.
- Shipping times may vary during bank/public holidays and during peak periods.
- We cannot be held responsible for delays which may occur as a result of courier related matters, severe weather conditions and unforeseen circumstances.
Loss & Damage:
- It is your responsibility to advise us should an order delivery be late, incorrect or damaged. Please contact us immediately on info@earthic.com.au.
- Should an order be lost in transit, damaged or incorrect, we may not send replacement items immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion following our investigations.
- We do not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
- We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.
